Positive Impact Community Resource Center was founded in 2014 after our founder recognized a troubling reality: many families were struggling not because help didn’t exist, but because they didn’t know where to find it.
After attending community events and listening to families, she saw the gap between available resources and the people who needed them most. That realization inspired a mission to connect families with essential support, empower youth through prevention-focused programs, and strengthen communities through education, collaboration, and compassion.
Today, Positive Impact continues that mission by helping families navigate challenges, access critical resources, and build brighter futures together.

Founder & Executive Director
Kim Bosket founded Positive Impact Community Resource Center in 2014 after recognizing a critical gap between available community resources and the families who needed them most. Through years of community engagement, she witnessed how many individuals were unaware of the support available to them. This inspired her to create an organization focused on connecting families with essential services, empowering youth through prevention programs, and building stronger communities through collaboration and compassion.
